NILS KELLER
Nils Keller is a director and writer from Germany. His film ALMOST HOME won a Gold Student Academy Award in 2022 and was shortlisted for Best Live Action Short at the 95th Academy Awards. It was further screened at several renowned film festivals such as the Cleveland International Film Festival and Camerimage. It stars Susanne Wolff (German Film Award winner) and Stephan Kampwirth (DARK), and was supported by the ARRI Production Award.
Nils' latest projects include the mystery drama THE LOST ONES, slated for production in 2026, and the dystopian thriller YOUR WELLNESS IS MY PURPOSE, that he is co-writing with Game Awards winner Nicolas Lietzau. He is also currently serving as cinematics director on an international AAA computer game.
In Germany, Nils was honored with several public awards, including the Bavarian Culture Prize. In 2022 he shot three episodes for the German TV show COLOGNE P.D. Nils is a graduate of the renowned University of Television and Film Munich.
As a commercials director Nils has worked for various international brands including BMW, Pringles and Sodastream, winning several awards.
